Concierge

As a Concierge at Holt Renfrew, you will provide superb customer service to all clients, ensuring an environment that meets the highest standards. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining expert knowledge of the store and its offerings.

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients by acting as their ambassador.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store and product locations.
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy.
• Manage all incoming inquiries and requests in person, via phone, or email.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
• Process gift cards for all clients.
• Support client services department as required.
• Provide support to sales floor by being POS super users.
• Develop and maintain relationships within concierge community and with vendors.
• Maintain expert knowledge of local community and city highlights.
• Attend concierge events and information sessions.
• Assist with store events and ensure plasma screen text is up-to-date.

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Good working knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
