Responsibilities- Deliver a warm and gracious welcome to each client, exceeding client experience expectations.
- Meet service time frames and follow up appropriately to ensure client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and technical explanations.
- Execute Cartier Service Policies to deliver a Maison-appropriate client experience.
- Perform basic product services such as strap changes and bracelet sizing.
- Uphold Cartier Client Experience ideals and luxury service requirements.
- Collaborate with Boutique colleagues on sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Comply with Cartier security and operational procedures.
- Assist with Boutique daily operations, including inventory and merchandising.
Requirements- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
