Job Description

Summary

As a Service Advisor at Cartier in the Miami Design District, you will serve as an ambassador of client service, providing technical advice and solutions to enhance the client experience. You will ensure after-sales service resolutions meet or exceed client expectations, embodying the values of the Maison.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm and gracious welcome to each client, exceeding client experience expectations.
  • Meet service time frames and follow up appropriately to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and technical explanations.
  • Execute Cartier Service Policies to deliver a Maison-appropriate client experience.
  • Perform basic product services such as strap changes and bracelet sizing.
  • Uphold Cartier Client Experience ideals and luxury service requirements.
  • Collaborate with Boutique colleagues on sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
  • Comply with Cartier security and operational procedures.
  • Assist with Boutique daily operations, including inventory and merchandising.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
