Summary

The Service Associate supports an easy and enjoyable in-store experience by assisting customers and associates throughout the store. The role manages a service hub for pickup orders, simple returns, tourism information, and in-store service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and service appointment bookings.
• Use store technology and support merchandising and operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
