Responsibilities- Provide general calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and project support for GS management.
- Coordinate logistics for visitors at the TSC, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Assist in meeting and conference preparation, including set-up, material preparation, and communications.
- Manage invoices and track budgets.
- Assist in creating presentations and conference materials, including detailed PowerPoint presentations.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute updates to ensure action and ownership.
- Create reports and prepare analysis in Business Objects, including weekly and monthly reporting.
- Support special projects for the TSC leadership team.
- Organize building recognition events and support employee events such as the annual picnic and holiday party.
- Support HR administration logistics, including Open Enrollment and training.
- Maintain documents such as departmental organizational charts and employee handbooks.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in project management and administrative support.
- Ability to work with multiple leaders and manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to shift hours to support meetings when necessary.
- Preferred experience with Kronos, Business Objects, Visio, video editing, and presentation design.
