Summary

Provide high quality sewing and pressing services for customer alterations in a fast paced retail alterations shop. Complete assigned alteration and pressing tasks on time while using store technology to manage customer needs and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
• Execute workload and follow through on customer alteration requests
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Use store technology to manage and organize customer alteration orders
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
