Summary

Provide sewing and pressing services for alterations while delivering high quality craft and customer service in a fast paced retail alterations shop. Manage workload to meet department productivity goals and use store technology to organize customer alteration needs. Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Perform sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn and safely operate machinery and equipment
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on business needs
