Shoe Expeditor - Century City

Summary

Responsible for managing shoe inventory flow and supporting store operations in a high-end retail environment in Century City. Ensures timely distribution of footwear to sales floor and coordinates with stockroom and receiving to maintain product availability. Works with store team to uphold presentation standards and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shoe shipments.
• Sort and organize footwear inventory in the stockroom.
• Deliver shoes to the sales floor and replenish displays promptly.
• Coordinate with receiving to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Ensure product presentation meets store standards.
• Assist sales team with locating sizes and styles for customers.
• Keep stockroom and back-of-house areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work a retail schedule.
• Basic inventory management or POS familiarity preferred.
