Shop Manager - Aventura

As a Shop Manager at Moncler Aventura, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for managing store operations and ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury brand.
