As an Assistant Manager - Specialty Coffee at our Aventura location, you will play a dual role as an empowering leader and consummate teacher. You will be responsible for managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the coffee unit.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program to understand all aspects of running a successful unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with company procedures, and maintain productivity while controlling costs.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, along with basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
• Possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations.
• 2+ years of coffee bar management experience.
