Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager in Miami, you will be responsible for providing on-site retail sales support and achieving sales goals at the Boutique. You will work closely with the Account Executive to train and motivate Beauty Consultants, plan and execute special event programs, and maintain the Boutique's image and operational management.

• Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs under the direction of the Account Executive.
• Support staff development and provide product and sales training to in-store staff.
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and train qualified Beauty Consultants.
• Develop and maintain client registration and replenishment programs.
• Train staff on the use of promotional and sales tools.
• Monitor stock control and train on selling through overstocks and discontinued items.
• Maintain Boutique image and execute operational management.
• Develop and support special events programs.
• Conduct productivity evaluations for Beauty Consultants.
• Execute visual plans for promotional events.
• Monitor performance of gift with purchase and sampling programs.
• Act as liaison for retailer management.

• 3+ years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
• Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training Manager.
• Knowledge of English and Spanish required; other languages a plus.
