The Beauty Counter Manager is a dual role combining sales and teaching to maximize sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role creates personalized beauty experiences, conducts makeup applications and skincare analyses, and builds customer relationships both in-store and digitally while managing vendor events and counter operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
