Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and educate customers on beauty routines and trends
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and grow customer following and open new rewards accounts
- Maintain department organization and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on product knowledge through trainings
