Store Director - Miami Design District

As a Store Director at the Miami Design District, you will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You will partner with Senior Management to create the vision and tone for the store while driving a successful and profitable business.

• Partner with Senior Management to create and implement the store's vision and tone.
• Monitor store performance and develop strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
• Mentor and coach team members, including Assistant Store Director and Department Managers.
• Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
• Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources for staffing and recruiting.
• Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
• Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate and build effective teams.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using various software packages.
• Action-oriented and results-driven with problem-solving skills.
