Showroom Manager - Dadeland Mall

Summary

The Showroom Manager oversees daily showroom operations and leads the sales team to deliver a luxury client experience. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, coaching staff, and maintaining product knowledge and service standards. The manager also supports forecasting, staffing, recruitment, and fosters teamwork across the showroom.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling, sourcing new clients, and building long-term relationships
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and action plans to develop selling and service skills
• Manage daily operational tasks including sales, service, and adherence to showroom standards
• Strategically forecast, plan and manage payroll and staffing needs
• Support recruitment and retention efforts and serve as a leader alongside showroom leadership
• Maintain and cascade product knowledge and trends to the broader team

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and communicate effectively with clients and team
