Responsibilities- Collaborate with HOP IT specialists and architects to develop and implement solutions.
- Partner with the Business Services team to align solutions with business goals.
- Produce detailed technical component specifications for solutions.
- Represent HOP IT in obtaining global Architecture team approval for solutions.
- Maintain updated documentation of the HOP enterprise architecture landscape.
- Research and document new technologies and solutions.
- Partner with the Infrastructure Team to build scalable technology foundations.
- Perform design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions.
- Support other regions in solutions architecture and systems design.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in software development or related IT discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
- Certificate in solutions architecture-related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of tools and technologies for designing solutions.
- Technical and interpersonal skills to manage solutions in business terms.
- Leadership, communication, and basic project management skills.
- Background in retail business operations and technologies.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders, IT, leadership, and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills and excitement for challenging initiatives.
- Experience with JIRA, MS Office, Service Now, PPM tools, PowerBI, PowerApps is a plus.
