Specialist CRM Data Engineer

As a Specialist CRM Data Engineer at Chanel, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support our CRM ecosystem. You will work closely with CRM, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality data is available for various functions, contributing to the luxury retail environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using GCP tools.
• Support data quality, identity resolution, and segmentation enablement.
• Act as a data custodian ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with CRM architects and business analysts to develop and maintain data solutions.
• Communicate effectively with IT managers and analytics teams throughout project life cycles.
• Contribute to strategic direction and evolution of data services and practices.
• Innovate and enhance existing data solutions and prototype new ones.

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering using SQL, Python, BigQuery, and GCP.
• Experience in retail and omnichannel ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and advanced SQL coding.
• Strong understanding of data design and dimensional data modeling.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
