Requirements- High school diploma.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Experience in luxury retail sales as a product specialist preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, and self-motivated.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
