Summary
The Specialist, Global Marketing supports planning, executing and tracking strategic global marketing plans to drive the brand's priorities. This role manages cross functional projects, conducts business analysis to inform strategy, and prepares materials for senior stakeholders while collaborating with regional partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support development of global marketing initiatives from brief through creative development and deployment of asset toolkits
- Maintain and drive the master marketing content calendar and communicate objectives and next steps
- Manage research initiatives including competitive analysis and market assessments
- Serve as single point of contact for regional partners and cross functional projects
- Track project timelines and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and regional marketing leaders
- Conduct cross channel business analysis using website email paid and organic media data
- Collaborate with Client Development Email Site Content Visual Merchandising Media CVM Events PR and Category Management
- Provide ongoing support on initiative asset kits with Project Management and Creative teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years related work experience
- Strong communication analytical and business writing skills
- Experience analyzing data and synthesizing cross channel insights
- Exceptional organizational critical problem solving and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to work with international time zones
- Proficient computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Passion for luxury marketing retail and understanding consumer behavior
