Summary
The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations supports global talent acquisition strategy by developing and maintaining TA processes, systems, and programs. This role drives process improvements, manages Oracle Recruiting Cloud administration, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate and recruiter experience. The specialist also supports early career programs, vendor management, and budget reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain global TA processes, policies, and procedures across the talent lifecycle.
- Serve as primary Systems Administrator for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, lead configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting.
- Design and deliver Learning Labs and upskilling content for global recruitment teams.
- Conduct compliance audits (requisition, I-9, background checks) and coordinate with Legal and Employee Relations on remediation.
- Manage TA vendor lifecycle, evaluate partnerships, and analyze technology utilization and metrics.
- Support university relations, internship program operations, and participation in career events as needed.
- Perform monthly budget reconciliation and contribute to year-end budget planning; support ad hoc GTA projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations, program management, or HR project management.
- Experience developing and implementing global TA processes and strong understanding of recruitment compliance and labor laws.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; analytical proficiency with Excel and reporting.
- Preferred: experience as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Systems Administrator or similar ATS and experience with TA vendor management.
