Specialist, Visual Merchandising

Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising coordinates and maintains visual merchandising standards in the boutique. This role partners with boutique management and the Visual Lead to execute visual guidelines, window installations, and floor presentations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain window and selling-floor presentations between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches.
• Photograph boutique displays after sets and update photos when changes are made.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver results independently and on time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or higher position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art- or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, digital photography, and phone applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
