Specialist, Visual Merchandising, Watches & Fine Jewelry - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising for Watches & Fine Jewelry on Rodeo Drive is responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the boutique, including window installations and selling-floor displays. The role supervises Image Ambassadors, partners with boutique management and the Visual Merchandise Manager, and supports events and collection launches while ensuring visual guidelines and photography documentation are completed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and oversee VM direction, animations and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management
• Develop and maintain relationships with boutique teams to support merchandise initiatives and business needs
• Coordinate movement, storage and setup of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager
• Ensure windows and selling floor are merchandised regularly and follow VM guidelines between sets and launches
• Photograph boutiques after floor and window sets and update images in Dropbox per VM photo guidelines
• Support operational and sales floor tasks and assist during events
• Work independently on projects and deliver timely results

Requirements

• Full-time in-store presence required with flexibility to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury jewelry or timepiece brand
• Comprehensive knowledge of jewelry and timepieces merchandising and visual display
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital photography and phone applications
• Education or experience in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art or Fashion studies
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs and assist with physical display tasks
