Summary

Full-Time Visual Merchandising Associate responsible for implementing and maintaining visual standards across windows, interiors, and product categories on Rodeo Drive. Ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising to support business strategy and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain window displays and in-store visual presentations.
• Execute interior merchandising implementation across product categories including RTW, leather goods, and accessories.
• Prepare store zoning and collaborate with the team for events and visual projects.
• Perform day-to-day visual maintenance checks to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Support special events, window installations, and visual strategy execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role and experience with visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with window installations, special events, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
• Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with store teams.
• Available to work full-time on site.
