- Adhere to all health and safety policies and requirements.
Requirements- High school diploma.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Highly collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment as a product specialist preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, confident, and self-motivated spirit.
- Fluency in both French and English.
