Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Mirabel, you will focus on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a key team player, demonstrating curiosity, resourcefulness, and inclusivity, while supporting the company's vision and values.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer-centric decisions.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Utilize new technologies and alternative purchasing processes to enhance customer connectivity and product discovery.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, operate the register, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
