Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will work under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations, to facilitate returns and support the daily operations of specialized work groups. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of returns and maintaining an organized environment.

• Open and close the digital return register daily.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Follow protocols for processing returns, adjustments, and reconciling reports.
• Ensure product security and integrity, especially for .com returns.
• Resolve customer issues both internally and externally.
• Support other Specialized Operations functions such as Cash Reconciliation and Jewelry Operations.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Operations, Asset Protection, and Assistant General Manager of Operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and store teams.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule and adherence to dependability standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
