Sr Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Financial Analyst with expertise in financial planning and analysis to join our finance organization in Seattle. This role involves developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and performing operational analysis and reporting to support key business investments and understand performance drivers.

• Lead processes for monthly reporting of close results and forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis.
• Create reporting tools and financial models for performance insights.
• Act as a key finance contact and communicate with non-financial leaders.
• Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects.
• Drive process improvements and reporting simplification.

• 3+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Cognos is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
