Sr. Manager, Contemporary Concessions

Summary

The Senior Manager, Contemporary Concessions leads strategy and operations for contemporary branded concessions, driving sales, presentation, and vendor partnerships across locations. This role partners with merchandising, operations, visual, and store teams to optimize assortment, performance metrics, and guest experience. The position requires cross-functional leadership to implement standards and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of contemporary concessions across assigned locations or accounts.
• Collaborate with merchants and vendor partners to manage assortment, inventory flow, and promotional activity.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and financial performance; implement action plans to address gaps.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with visual merchandising, operations, and training to ensure consistent brand presentation and service.

Requirements

• 6+ years of retail management experience, including oversight of multi-unit or concession operations.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing vendor relationships in a department store or luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; ability to travel between locations as needed.
