Responsibilities- Implement and sustain Continuous Improvement activities in Rx Operations.
- Define and ensure Process Improvement standards are created and implemented.
- Train and mentor personnel in Lean and CI tools such as 5S, Lean standard work, PDCA, A3 Kaizens, and more.
- Maintain Kaizen sustainment trackers and execute training.
- Develop CI project plans and collaborate with Operations executives.
- Work closely with Finance Teams to certify projects with clear expectations.
- Identify potential risks and manage resolution processes.
- Drive execution of Kaizen events, Workshops, and Lean Projects.
- Create and facilitate Daily CI Management processes.
- Execute problem-solving/root cause analysis tools to develop improvement programs.
- Act as a liaison between Innovation Engineering activity and facility leadership teams.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Leadership Development.
- 7+ years of Continuous Improvement project management experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role in Operations/manufacturing.
- Mastery of Lean Principles, Six Sigma tools, and SPC techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering impactful results.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
