Summary

The Sr. Manager, Operations - Stores leads and optimizes store operational processes across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of standards and efficient daily operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, manage performance, and support store leadership to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures for stores.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Coach and support store leaders, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, including managing store operations or multi-site programs.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive operational decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel between store locations as needed.
