Responsibilities
- Lead customer identity strategy and roadmap across the enterprise
- Design scalable architectures for identity resolution and cross-channel data integration
- Enhance targeting through improved identity signals for personalization and marketing automation
- Architect trust frameworks balancing security, privacy, and frictionless experiences
- Create confidence scoring and identity observability frameworks
- Establish standards for system quality, performance, and fraud detection
- Influence cross-organizational design decisions and lead technical reviews
- Mentor engineering teams on identity management best practices
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise-scale customer identity systems
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management and authentication protocols
- Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- History of technical leadership and mentoring across organizations
