Sr Process Engineering Manager

As a Senior Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to lower costs while maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to identify inefficiencies and align metrics with financial goals.

• Oversee technical operations related to plastic injection molding, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Manage a team for the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.
• Create strategies and provide tactical guidance to meet budget requirements.
• Coach the team on Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Influence decisions by building positive relationships with extended team members.
• Analyze new product/process handoffs and negotiate paths forward.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Create a 3-5 year vision for the team with cross-functional leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of management experience in plastic injection molding.
• RJG Master Molder certification or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience managing budgets.
• 3+ years of automation experience.
• Experience with LEAN Six Sigma tools.
