Sr. Program Manager - Merchandising

Summary

Senior Program Manager on the merchandising process, program and deployment team responsible for driving business process improvements and deploying tools and systems. This non-technical role focuses on change management communications, stakeholder alignment, leader enablement, and measuring communication impact to support transformation across merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Craft tactical communications tailored to business and technical teams
• Transform stakeholder feedback into clear actionable materials
• Design leader enablement resources such as conversation guides and FAQs
• Conduct regular check-ins with frontline teams to gather insights
• Proactively identify and surface program risks to protect outcomes
• Measure communication impact using engagement and adoption metrics
• Leverage merchant expertise while championing transformation
• Foster inclusive leadership and cross functional collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years in change management communications internal communications or organizational transformation
• 2+ years in retail merchandising or similar operational environment
• Experience managing communications for technology implementations or process transformations
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make timely independent judgment in a fast paced results driven environment
• Experience creating enablement materials and stakeholder alignment artifacts
