Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall store operations. Works independently in a fast paced environment and uses technology to process shipments and orders. Must meet physical demands including frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for distribution to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following quality packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process merchandise shipments
• Research and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies in accordance with control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and assist sales teams as needed

• Ability to use various technology and computer applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
