Stock Associate - Rosemont

Summary

Join the store team as a Stock Associate supporting back-of-house operations at the Rosemont location. The role maintains stockroom and sales floor standards, handles shipping and receiving, processes transfers and client orders, and supports inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Receive and ship product deliveries and communicate discrepancies
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies corrections and adjustments
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting moving and climbing ladders

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with focus on back-of-house responsibilities
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds
• Willingness to bend stoop kneel and climb ladders
