Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Associate at Balenciaga Royalmount, you will play a crucial role in achieving daily business objectives by managing shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, and supporting the sales floor. You will ensure the efficient organization of the back stock and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize stock to ensure accessibility and support the sales team.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and manage inventory levels with management and the sales team.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of operational experience in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
  • Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to drive results and manage a team.
