Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate maintains back-of-house operations and supports the Sales and Management team to ensure accurate inventory and presentation. This role reports to the Store Director and partners with Operations to manage shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and stockroom standards. The associate also assists on the salesfloor as needed to support client service and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and annual inventory preparation
• Work with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet visual standards and support sales team coverage
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary preferred
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Proactive, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
