Summary
The Stock Associate will support back-of-house operations, maintain stockroom and salesfloor organization to company standards, and assist the sales and management team. This role reports to the Store Director and works with internal Operations partners to manage inventory and shipments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor
- Receive and ship product deliveries on a weekly basis
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners
- Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory
- Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments
- Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance
- Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and audits
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Proactive and team centric attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
