Stock Associate - Tysons

Summary

The Stock Associate supports back-of-house operations for the boutique, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient processing of shipments and transfers. Reporting to the Store Director, this role works closely with Operations partners and the sales team to maintain stockroom organization, visual standards, and timely client order processing. The associate assists with cycle counts, annual inventory preparation, and provides salesfloor coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Receive, ship, and process product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts by product category
• Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory
• Work with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor adhere to Visual Standards
• Support the sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and client assistance
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary preferred
• Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and inventory audits
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Proactive, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds
