Receiving Support Associate - Tysons Corner

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is a part-time, store-based role at the Tysons Corner location responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise and supporting back-of-house operations. This role works closely with store leadership and merchandising teams to ensure accurate inventory processing and timely movement of product to the sales floor. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Verify packing lists and reconcile inventory discrepancies with management.
• Process and label merchandise using store inventory systems and handheld devices.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and back-of-house areas for efficient product flow.
• Prepare merchandise for floor moves and assist with restocking as needed.
• Follow store procedures for damaged or missing items and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• Prior retail, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or handheld scanning devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move merchandise.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
