Maintenance Engineer II - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer II to perform preventive and corrective maintenance at our Tysons Corner Center location. The role supports building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety equipment and responds to maintenance requests to ensure store operations remain safe and functional.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to work orders and emergency service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial maintenance or facilities experience, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, read schematics and perform diagnostics.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work flexible hours and possess a valid driver license.
