Gallery Support Associate - Tysons

Summary

Provide operational support for a luxury gallery by ensuring timely processing of shipments, preparing merchandise for display, and maintaining the sales floor and stockroom. Work closely with the gallery team to execute inventory preparation and optimize movement of furniture and fixtures. Deliver excellent guest service through efficient back-of-house execution and care of gallery equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship-outs are processed and sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise and prepare items for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize and coordinate movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process incoming shipments to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Manage inventory preparation and execution to support gallery operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic, high-energy team player with strong results orientation
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Capability to maneuver around gallery floor and stockroom and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling and climbing
