Stock Keeper

Summary

Part-Time Stock Keeper responsible for receiving, processing and managing inventory in a luxury retail stock room. The role maintains organization of back of house areas, oversees inbound and outbound shipments and ensures proper ticketing and sensor standards. This position supports loss prevention and controls shortages through accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and process into inventory system
• Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs and damaged goods
• Handle client purchases consignments and charge sends to other locations
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize and maintain back of house stock and supply areas
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards are applied
• Support loss prevention through adherence to store policies
• Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork distribution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to input and process merchandise through computer inventory system
