Stock Keeper - Rodeo Drive

Summary

Maintain inbound and outbound merchandise and organize back-of-house stock and supply areas at a luxury retail boutique. Support fulfillment of online orders and ensure inventory accuracy across digital platforms while maintaining loss prevention and packaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving merchandise from vendors and process inter-store transfers and RTVs
• Maintain comprehensive logs for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory systems
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and timely
• Support processing of online returns and restocking procedures
• Ensure e-commerce inventory levels are accurate across platforms
• Maintain packaging standards for e-commerce shipments per brand guidelines
• Adhere to ticketing and sensor standards and loss prevention policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally integrated retail environment
