Stock Keeper - Santa Clara Valley Fair Pop-Up

As a Stock Keeper at the Santa Clara Valley Fair Pop-Up, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as maintaining and organizing all back of house stock and supply areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the store's inventory management.

• Manage stock to maximize productivity.
• Understand and execute all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution.
• Handle merchandise received directly from vendors.
• Manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages.
• Process client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations.
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Input and process all authorized merchandise into inventory through the Computer System.
• Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store policies.
• Control shortage through effective inventory management.
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards.

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
