Stock Manager

As a Stock Manager in Montecito, CA, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring efficient inventory management and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Corporate Office to facilitate all stockroom functions and directives.

• Manage in-store receiving processes and complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Oversee re-pricing projects and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including tagging, steaming, folding, and hanging.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor daily.
• Execute transfers, returns, and damages as directed.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom per company standards.
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
• Ensure store exceeds Company Shrink Goal by minimizing unit loss.
• Partner with Store Manager for customer and associate alterations and repairs.
• Conduct daily lighting checks and report issues as necessary.
• Participate in store meetings and after-hours activities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
