Stock Manager

Summary

The Stock Manager oversees store stockroom operations, inventory control, and merchandise preparation for the selling floor. This role partners with the Store Manager and Corporate Office to maintain accurate inventory and ensure efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, transfers, returns, repricing, replenishment, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean stockroom and prepare merchandise for floor sets and sales.
• Coordinate physical inventory preparation and help minimize inventory loss.
• Complete store operational tasks and provide support as directed by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; inventory system experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work a designated schedule.
