Stock Supervisor - Belmont Park Village

As a Stock Supervisor at Belmont Park Village, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and guiding the store team to ensure compliance with Valentino guidelines. You will optimize the efficiency of store back-end processes and uphold the highest standards of care for the company's products, serving as the crucial link between the back and front of house.

• Support the Store Manager in implementing retail operation policies related to back-of-house management.
• Organize sellable products to support the sale process and minimize client waiting time.
• Ensure prompt merchandise replenishment and manage orders of non-sellable products.
• Coordinate product intake and outflow to optimize stock capacity and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Execute cycle counts and annual stock-takes, tracking reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Implement Loss Prevention policies and manage potential challenges.
• Control merchandise to identify defective or damaged items and assist in after-sales processes.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory and stock management.
