Summary
Responsible for supervising inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining organized back of house stock areas to support store productivity and compliance with corporate procedures. Acts as point person for receiving, replenishment, inventory operations, loss prevention, and training of stock associates while representing the brand and supporting overall store operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom and support sales floor replenishment.
- Oversee receiving processes including verifying quantities, tagging, documentation, and processing incoming merchandise and deliveries.
- Manage stock movements such as transfers, returns to vendor, damages, consignments, and client deliveries.
- Supervise flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor including rotation and preparation of new items for display.
- Lead and participate in inventory counts and ongoing cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate discrepancies or rotation needs to management.
- Support loss prevention initiatives and investigate unknown markdowns or inventory issues.
- Provide training and ongoing support to new stock associates on systems and procedures.
- Assist with store operations including supplies, packaging, event setups, and occasional cash procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury operations and inventory control experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities and results driven work approach.
- Understanding of loss prevention practices and shrink control.
- Ability to perform inventory counts accurately and follow receiving procedures.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with management and corporate.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
