Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor partners with store leadership to ensure preparedness for the customer experience by managing deliveries, organizing stock, and supporting store operations and allocation. This role focuses on inventory accuracy using RFID and stock systems, maintaining stockroom standards, and supervising sales support activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments to floor ready standards
• Manage supply levels to prevent overage and maintain budgets
• Ensure inventory accuracy through RFID and stock management systems
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom
• Provide on the job training and supervise daily activities of the Sales Support Team
• Work with store management to optimize stockroom layout
• Ensure compliance with store policies and Store Process Dashboard expectations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented with ability to train others
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Tech savvy with experience using inventory or RFID systems
