Store Director - Aventura

Summary

The Store Director will lead Bulgari's new boutique at Aventura Mall, driving both quantitative and qualitative business goals through strategic leadership and hands-on store management. This role requires a strong commercial focus, the ability to develop and execute market-specific business plans, and dedication to coaching and developing a high-performing team. The Director will also cultivate client relationships and local partnerships to maximize the store's market potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve budget targets and monitor store KPIs.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly store strategies in alignment with regional leadership.
• Create and execute business plans, working cross-functionally with merchandising and corporate partners.
• Recruit, coach, conduct performance reviews, and develop career paths for direct reports.
• Ensure consistent execution of selling standards, grooming, and conduct guidelines.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor to drive visibility and customer engagement.
• Build client development strategies and maintain relationships with mall management and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in luxury retail or handling luxury goods.
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and action-oriented planning skills.
• Knowledge of local marketing/media landscapes and ability to build industry relationships.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn store operating systems.
